The imputed income variables can be downloaded under "SHP-DATA" -> "Download data"

End of field work for wave 14 :

Wave 14 of the Swiss Household Panel (the „ Living in Switzerland“ survey) started on September 3th, 2012 and ended on February 16th, 2013. A total of 7’446 personal interviews have been conducted – 98% in comparison to the last year!

We would like to thank all the people who participate annually in our study. A big thank you also goes to the interviewers from M.I.S. Trend, who conducted the interviews.

SHP data release :

The new SHP data release (October 2012) is now available. It contains the SHP data files for waves 1 to 13 and includes data from the households recruited in 1999 (SHP_I, waves 1 to 13) as well as the 2004 refreshment sample (SHP_II, waves 1 to 8).


Beginning of waves 14 and 9 :

The survey started on September 3th, 2012. All in all around 7’500 individual interviews are planned. On January 9 already 7’160 personal interviews were conducted by M.I.S Trend!

7th International Conference of Panel Data Users

The 7th International Conference of Panel Data Users in Switzerland will take place on February 14 and 15 2013 at the University of Lausanne.

The call for abstracts is open now (deadline September 9th, 2012).

End of field work for wave 13 :

Wave 13 of the Swiss Household Panel (the „ Living in Switzerland“ survey) started on August 30th 2011 and ended on February 6th 2012. A total of 7’565 personal interviews have been conducted – 19 more than last year!

We would like to thank all the people who participate annually in our study. A big thank you also goes to the interviewers from M.I.S. Trend, who conducted the interviews.

Beginning of waves 13 and 8 :

The survey started on August 30th. All in all around 7’500 individual interviews are planned. On February 1 already 7’530 personal interviews were conducted by M.I.S Trend!

New Release of SHP Data (Waves 1 to 12):

The new SHP data release (October 2011) is now available. It contains the SHP data files for waves 1 to 12 and includes data from the households recruited in 1999 (SHP_I, waves 1 to 12) as well as the 2004 refreshment sample (SHP_II, waves 1 to 7).
